Leading from Aliveness

Leading from Aliveness is a five-week, experiential online lab for professionals who sense that familiar ways of leading no longer fully fit, and who want to develop the capacity to act with clarity, responsibility, and creative responsiveness in uncertain, dynamic contexts.

Why this lab

Many people in positions of responsibility are capable, committed, and effective, yet increasingly aware that control, optimisation, and purely strategic approaches reach their limits in complex, living systems. This lab offers a professionally held learning space to explore what becomes possible when leadership is understood not as control over situations, but as participation within evolving relational realities.

What this lab offers

This is neither a technique-driven leadership training nor a therapeutic process. It is a structured, experiential learning environment that strengthens self-leadership and relational capacity through direct engagement with real professional situations. Sessions combine guided experiential practices, facilitated dialogue, and moments of individual and group integration.
